In these terms of service, we want to set the following expectations to ensure that coBranding LLC ("coBranding," "we," "us") and the booking client ("you") are on the same page.

Each coBranding Session is a 55 minute, live, one-on-one working session held by video call. You decide what we focus on, and we work on it together in real time. Examples of what we can work on include branding, logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, Instagram ads, website updates, booking and systems setup, and practice strategy.

You buy time, not a finished product. We make as much progress as we can during each session. No projects are one-size-fits all, and each task’s scope can vary based on what your needs are. We work toward your goals during our time together and do not continue work between sessions unless we agree to it separately in writing, which may require an increase in scope and cost, or do so as part of our monthly membership.

To make the best use of our time together, please make sure to come prepared. Have logins ready for any website, platform, or account we will work in. We recommend sharing access in a secure way and changing passwords afterward. We keep your business information, logins, and anything you share with us private, and we only use it to do our work with you. Please be sure that you have the right to use any photos, text, logos, or other materials you give us, and that  your credentials, license details, service descriptions, and other information are accurate and follow your professional ethics rules and each platform's policies, as we are not able to provide official legal, tax, or ethics compliance advice.

Your session will be recorded. That recording as well as any files or links created during a session will be shared with you within 3-5 business days.

Payment is due in full, through our online payment system, before your first session can be booked. As a small business, we are unable to offer full or partial refunds, including for unused, missed, or expired sessions. If you are subscribed to a monthly session, we do require 30 days notice via email at hello@cobrandingstudio.com to cancel. After those 30 days, no additional charges will be made, and you'll have 60 days to use any unbooked time. Our service prices do not include third party platform costs or any outside services your project needs, such as domain names, website hosting or platform plans, apps and plugins, fonts, stock photos, printing, and ad spend. We will always tell you before we recommend something that costs money.

 

Your brand is your property. On the same note, final choices about your brand, website, and content are yours to make. We bring our best creativity, strategy, and care to every session. However, there are so many variables outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as a number of new clients or inquiries, search engine rankings, social media growth, or ad performance. We are not responsible or liable for outages, changes, or errors caused by third party platforms (such as your website host, booking system, or social media apps), or for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses. For anything else, our total liability will never be more than what you paid us for sessions. We may share work we create with you in our portfolio and on social media. If you prefer we don't, just tell us in writing and we will keep it private. We keep ownership of our own templates, tools, methods, and anything we created before working with you. Fonts, stock images, and other licensed items stay subject to their own license terms.

 

Sessions must be booked within 60 days of purchase, unless otherwise discussed in writing. Our time is reserved just for you, so we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Late reschedules and no-shows can be rebooked for a $95 fee. Otherwise, the session counts as used. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time. If we arrive late, we make sure you get all the time with us that you paid for. Life happens. For a true emergency, we may waive the rebooking fee if possible. Just let us know, and we’ll work with you to the best of our ability.

And finally, here comes the legal stuff. coBranding is an independent business, and not an employee or partner of any clients’ businesses. Either of us may end our work together with written notice. If we end it for reasons not caused by you, we will refund any sessions you have not used. If you end it, we cannot issue a refund. This document is our full terms of service. Any changes must be made in writing and accepted by both of us, and if any part of this document can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
