A brand that’s doing its job effectively needs to be able to accomplish what we call the “three R’s”:


Your brand should be able to accurately represent who you are, what you believe in, and what you’re capable of doing for your client in a way that makes you feel proud and confident.


Your brand should resonate with your ideal client on an emotional and visceral level. A first impression can only happen once, and in today’s world, you don’t have a long time to make it. Within seconds of engaging with your brand, your client should feel a certain level of connection, interest, and trust.


To us, branding runs far deeper than just how things look - it’s also about how things function. Your systems should be set up in a way that relieves day-to-day stress, which means something different for everyone.

For example, that may mean equipping you with a website that handles the “busy work” (which could be a wide range of things including scheduling, registration, FAQs, emails, intake forms, lead funnels, or really anything else that’s bogging you down). It could mean empowering you with marketing tools and techniques that can expedite your lengthy content creation process. It could mean working with you to craft a custom operational workflow that’s made to work for you, your life, and your brain, instead of being something you have to work around and stress about.

The truth is, as important as a good logo is, it’s not going to be able to accomplish all of that for you by itself. Any range of design deliverables won’t set you up for long-term success if you don’t have a holistically effective brand strategy in place.

And since every person is unique, every brand strategy is unique, which means one size fits all solutions simply don’t work.



Our founder, Rachel, always likes to say that if you stop learning, you stop living. Our branding approach is the embodiment of that philosophy, as we’ve learned so much from working with our clients over the years. Those lessons have allowed us to innovate and improve upon what was once a very simple branding process and has ultimately evolved into something as unique as each of the brands we’ve created.


Our strategically-driven brand intensive allows us to base our plan of attack on what would best empower you as an individual instead of being confined to a laundry list of cookie-cutter deliverables that may or may not actually help you. On the first day of our intensive, we meet for two hours to really get to know the in’s and out’s of your vision, goals, and needs. Together, we craft a strategy for your custom brand transformation - one that will give you everything you need without wasting time and resources on what you don’t.


Over the remainder of the week, we utilize a wide range of design, strategy, marketing, and operational tools to implement that strategy - meeting with you daily throughout the whole process to make sure we’re staying true to you. Those tools include but aren’t limited to: brand building (logo, brand voice, brand guidelines), graphic design (business cards, email signatures, promotional materials), website design (building a website that’s both beautiful and functional), marketing tools (content strategy, social profile setup/graphics, custom designed templates, training on best practices), and operational strategy (nailing down a business plan, formatting spreadsheets, identifying clear goals, streamlining workflows and systems). 


At the end of the week, you’ll walk away with an empowering brand transformation. (Yes, the whole process is just one week long!)

Additionally, we have options for ongoing support if you're looking for a more long-term relationship, in which we can work on a wide range of things, including but not limited to social media and marketing content creation, website maintenance, paid ad management, blog/newsletter content creation, and brand and operational strategy.
