BEYOND THE BRAND & COBRAND ON DEMAND TERMS

1.    O W N E R S H I P

Any deliverables designed by The Company (coBranding LLC) for The Clientthroughout the process are the property of The Client. Any coaching content, templates, and resources provided through this program are the intellectual property of The Company, and thus are not to be reproduced or distributed by The Client.

2.    S C H E D U L I N G

If The Client needs to reschedule an upcoming session, they must provide The Company 24 hours notice.

3.    S E C U R I T Y

Any Client password shared with The Company is stored securely and not distributed.

4.    T E R M I N A T I O N

For Beyond the Brand: In the event that The Client desires to terminate the Services, the Client must submit a written request to The Company providing 30 days notice. Written requests to terminate may be made via email to the address rachel@cobrandingstudio.com. If Client chooses to terminate this agreement in writing, The Company will not issue a refund for any money already paid. After the 30 day period, no further payments will be billed and the services will be terminated.

For coBrand on Demand: coBrand on Demand is a focused, short-term service created to support a specific request or deliverable. Because we begin planning and reserving time immediately after booking, all payments are final and non-refundable.

5.    P O R T F O L I O    R E L E A S E

Client agrees that The Company has the right to use brand deliverables and results for The Company’s portfolio, samples, and self-promotion including advertising for The Company’s business on any social media platform. In the event The Client wishes to exclude some specific materials from this release, or to limit the time period of such release, The Company and The Client may agree in writing to such limitation.

6.    C O N T E N T   S H A R I N G

The Client agrees not to share The Company’s designs on social media until they are finalized by both parties.

7.    N O    G U A R A N T E E S

While we pride ourselves on working with our clients on their deliverables until they are fully satisfied whenever possible, The Company does not guarantee any specific level of performance or results in regard to how these branding/marketing materials designed perform. Such results are entirely determined by how The Client utilizes these materials.

8.    T E R M S

Please note that these terms were last updated in February 2026. If these terms were to change, all active clients would be notified accordingly.
